"I have always felt very comfortable there"
Jabr worked at Treptower Park in the Treptowers and since he spent most of his time there, it is not surprising that this is his favourite place in Treptow-Köpenick. The view from his canteen fascinated him. The overview of the district, the water, the park and the view to the "Molecule Statue". On warm days he went for a walk along the water in Treptower Park during his break. And every now and then there were conversations with the people there. For him this place is so special because the people are so special. "The people are warm and open for conversation". "When he walked in the other direction, namely Alt Treptow, he passed the Badeschiff. "You can swim there, in a boat on the river" Jabr says and laughs heartily.
