Schreibwerkstatt an der Volkshochschule: Zu Pelmeni isst man meistens Kräuter, Butter und saure Sahne.
Einleitung: Im Rahmen einer Schreibwerkstatt in verschiedenen Deutschkursen an der Volkshochschule Treptow-Köpenick entstanden diese Texte. Die Kursteilnehmer:innen erzählen darin von traditionellen Gerichten aus ihren jeweiligen Heimatländern, die für sie persönlich von Bedeutung sind.Bei uns isst man gern Ghabeli.
